Ordering well in advance of your celebration is highly recommended. If that is not possible please note that once we recieve your order it will generally take us 3-8 days to schedule you on our bake list.
Holiday bake schedules (Easter, 17th of May, Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years) fill up weeks in advance so order early!
Our Mandel Fingers come 4 per pack and are a perfect addition to any packed lunch.

Blonde Mandel Fingers are available 365 days a year.
Each package contains 4 delicious, hand crafted fingers and each finger is approximately 12mm in diameter.
Norwegian Kransekake varies from the Danish Kransekage so if you're accutomed to the Danish version please keep this in mind!

A beautiful addition to a morning coffee date or an afternnon tea.
The Mandel Fingers serves 1-4 guests.
If you don't intend to eat your "Kransekakestenger" (we can't say "fingers" in this case) immediately simply wrap the packet in another layer of plastic and place in the freezer. Remove 30 min prior to serving.

Care Instructions
Kransekake is not a perishable item, it is a "best by" item.
Do not refrigerate Kransekake.
Kransekake can be frozen for a year if needed!
If your kransekake gets hars simply put a piece of white bread in the center, wrap in plastic and twist tie the top. In 14-24 hours your Kransekake will be soft again.
