In the event of a shipping delay refunds for shipping will be given immediately upon your alerting us of the issue.
Unfortunately Kransekake is not a returnable product so we are only able to issue a product refund in the event your kransekake has been lost in transit.
No product refunds are issued in the event the shipper is or has experienced delays on their end.
We don't and won't sell your information to advertisers or third parties or anyone for that matter!
When you order online we collect the data needed to ship you your order, once that order is in your hands your data is expunged from our system. We do not keep credit card or any other payment information.
