Our Mfg. folk acquire wood only from certified EU suppliers. This means that all of their products are made of legal wood. They are also strongly focused on promoting sustainable forest management. Their suppliers source wood mainly from well-managed forests in which biodiversity and nature are protected. As wood is a natural material, various imperfections may appear on its surface, such as discoloration, color differences, slight knots, and unevenness. It is completely natural, in this respect every roller is unique. They always check their products very carefully at every stage of production to ensure the best quality.

Kransekake cookie tips
We rest our dough for 7 days at a minimum when we are using it for cookies. We roll out our dough using confectioners sugar in lieu of flour. This ensures that our kransekake remains gluten free. Roll out the dough using a standard rolling pin and once you have the desired thickness roll the dough a final time with your new rosemaling pin.
We cut out our cookies using different shape cutters and you can do the same or simply use a glass in the size and shape you prefer. Cool cookies on a cookie sheet for 8-24 hours before baking. We bake on convection bake at 400 degrees for about 8 min. You will smell when they are done so your oven may need a bit longer or a bit shorter amount of bake time. Cool completely and if you want to hang them on your tree make sure to create the hole for your ribbon or wire before cooling.
