USED Kransekake forms
We use hundreds of NORPRO Kransekake forms each month and due to our procedures our forms have a shorter commercial life but are still useful for home cooks.
Each set contains 6 forms that create an 18 ring Norwegian Kransekake.
- Place a piece of parchment paper on your baking tray; this helps to keep the bottoms from burning.
- Let forms cool completely or set under a fan to speed the process.
- If rings "stick" gently bang them on a hard surface or pre grease and dust with almond flour before baking.
- Wipe clean with hot water; do not put in the dishwasher, do not use a scrub brush.
- Your longest coil for your number 6 form, outer ring will measure 22.25"
- Make sure your dough has been rested 3- 7 days
