We are delighted to introduce our Vegan Kransekake.
All of our Kransekaker are baked to order however, our Veganer takes longer to schedule because we do not make and bake this kransekake at the same scale so we ask that you keep that in mind when ordering.
Please allow at least 7 days lead time prior to the shipping date.
After many years of perfecting this special creation, we are proud to finally offer a version that meets the high standards of taste and quality we hold dear.
Our standard offering is an 18-ring Kransekake traditionally decorated with vegan Royal Icing however, we do offer our Bespoke version as well.

DOUGH level 5 Advanced/Experienced Baker
Our vegan dough is best suited for experienced bakers and does not come with any instructions.
Although it may feel dry to the touch at first, it becomes very oily and brittle as you work with it.
If you are new to making Kransekake or are not yet confident in working with this type of dough, we recommend using it for cookies instead.

Maintaining our 3 ingredients goal with a dash of salt; our gluten free vegan Kransekake consists of raw and blanched ground almonds, pure cane sugar and mung bean. We use a vegan meringue powder for our royal icing.

We use UPS almost exclusively and we understand that shipping is expensive. You will have a choice of Ground, 3 Day Select or 2nd Day Air at checkout. If you do not need your Kransekake by a specific date please select Ground service. Ground generally operates the same or similar to 3 Day Select however, Ground does not offer a guaranteed delivery date.
Care Instructions
Kransekake is not a perishable item, it is a "best by" item.
Do not refrigerate Kransekake.
Kransekake can be frozen for a year if needed!
If your kransekake gets hard simply put a piece of white bread in the center, wrap in plastic and twist tie the top. In 14-24 hours your Kransekake will be soft again.
All of our boxes have care instructions on the bottom.

We insure all of our kransekaker for $100 as a courtesy and at no charge to you. Full Insurance is available in our drop down menu and must be selected if you choose to have full coverage.
Shipping mishandling, although rare, does happen from time to time and we are as disappointed as you when a break occurs.
You have the option to purchase additional insurance and in the event of a break please follow the instructions below.
It's imperative that you inspect your kransekake when it arrives and that you keep all of the packing materials in the event of a break.
A UPS claims adjuster will arrive at the shipping address and inspect our packaging. They will determine if our packaging is sufficient.
If there is no packaging we are not able to put in a claim for the insurance and therefore unable to issue a refund to you.
Additionally, Please take as many photos as possible so we can include those with the insurance claim. If we don't have any we will be unable to proceed with UPS!
The good news is kransekake is intended to be broken when served and we have videos on our website showing exactly how to do that. Please note that if you choose to eat your kransekake we may not be able to secure the full value of your purchase as UPS requires that the damaged product be available for inspection.

If you wish to cancel your order please know that the payment processor will charge .035% of your total. Unfortunatley this is not our fee and is out of our hands to refund.
